In a life-threatening emergency call 999 or go to the Emergency Department. Our closest Emergency Departments are located at the Royal United Hospital in Bath or the Bristol Royal Infirmary.

You can book an urgent GP appointment at Harptree or Cameley using our new clinical triage system. There are two ways to access this service.
Our online triage system is accessible 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Patients who are unable to complete a form online can speak to our reception team by phone. Please only call if you are not able to use our online service. This allows us to keep our phones free for those who cannot access our services any other way.
