A repeat prescription is the term for a medication that you are regularly prescribed and has been approved by the doctor to be issued when required.

Alternatively, you may hand in the repeat request form in person.  The request form is given with your medication and can be handed in to reception or placed through the letterbox at Harptree or in the post box at Cameley outside of surgery hours.
