Housebound patients can request a home visit using our urgent triage system.  Planned visits booked in advance should normally be with your usual GP. Emergency visits will be booked with the next available doctor or the BEMS home visiting service.

There are two ways to access this service.

• Online

Our online triage system is accessible 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

• By phone

Patients who are unable to complete a form online can speak to our reception team by phone. Please only call if you are not able to use our online service. This allows us to keep our phones free for those who cannot access our services any other way.
